::: memory lane – pump action squirt painting

We do like coming up with new ways to engage our children in creative activities. Every day we would have our easels set up at kinder, often inside as well as out.

We didn’t only pop out paint pots and brushes for the children to use, preferring to think a little outside the square by providing other things as well.

The pump action bottles were a real winner and most days the children would help themselves to the bottles and place them at the easels themselves if we hadn’t put them out, and boy were they great for helping to develop fine motor muscles in their hands!
